Welcome again to my abode!
I humbly dedicate this article to Ms. Ritu Rattewal.
How did I manage to reach this point in my life? Or rather, how did fate bring me to where I am today? And why? I used to believe it was because of my slightly more moralistic nature and my refusal to compromise on my altruistic intentions, similar to why Ravi had confided in me about our family’s business downfall four decades ago. However, I now realize how naive I was in thinking that my intentions alone could guide my path. Despite this, it still matters as the universe seems to sense our intentions. Though I can’t reveal how, at this stage, I will share the answer to this profound inquiry in good time having received it through the “message”. For now, I need you to have faith that the universe knows exactly what you desire or think.
You may be wondering why it’s important for you to understand how I attained the level of recognition that led to being conferred with profound “knowledge”. The answer is simple: you deserve to know. Just as investors want to know what inspired a certain startup idea before investing millions, you also deserve to understand my journey because what you will be investing in is much more valuable – your time and faith in me. As my co-pilgrims, it’s crucial for you to know how my destiny was shaped and why it matters.
Approximately four years ago, my son invited my wife and me over for lunch at their house. Being aware of my daughter-in-law’s passion for books, I noticed her impressive collection displayed nicely on shelves opposite to where we were seated in the hall. As I scanned the shelves, my eyes locked onto a black, hardcover book, which was incredibly thick and gravitated me towards it. It was as though it had some undefinable overpowering magnetism that attracted every fibre of my body. When I reached its vicinity, I read the title “The Gene,” written by an author unfamiliar to me, but whose name I would never forget for the rest of my life. This particular book was a game-changer that would transform my destiny. Learning that fundamental knowledge within “The Gene” written by Siddhartha Mukherjee, proved to be a life-altering experience for me.
For reasons unknown, I decided to borrow that book that I couldn’t imagine would be so captivating, informative, and transformative. Though it had a black cover, it was a generous black hole that sucked me in, leaving me depleted of my pride but somehow still unscarred. When I emerged, I found myself in a different realm – one that was vastly different from the one I had known. This amazing book had taken my ego, shrunk it down, and left me with just a small amount, just enough for me to maintain my self-respect and dignity.
While my academic background is in the sciences, specifically physics, chemistry, and mathematics, I do struggle to keep up with biology. It’s always been a subject that I despised and steered clear of.
I began delving into ‘The Gene’ and was immediately introduced to Mendel’s experiments and his Law of Inheritance. However, as I continued reading, the discussion of chromosomes, DNA, and genes left me feeling confused and lost. It reminded me of trying to decipher the complex puzzles of Elliott Wave Analysis. Nonetheless, with time and familiarity with the basic concepts and terminology, these subjects became approachable and stimulating, guiding me towards a clearer understanding. With renewed interest, I delved into the later chapters and was struck by the tremendous educational value and intrigue each one held. Reading ‘The Gene’ left me awestruck, astonished, and ultimately filled with wonder. Although I repeatedly use the term “mind,” it’s important to note that the mind is distinct from the brain, a distinction I’ll explore further in future articles. For now, let’s imagine you – the reader – as the mind, a passenger in the back of a cab, engrossed in their smartphone and offering directions to the driver…. the brain.
As I delved into the magnificent book, I gradually became aware of a monumental and profound truth. After devouring it once, I pored over the pertinent chapters to eliminate any doubts about what I had read. Lo and behold, what did I discover? Conclusive “proof” of the existence of a divine intelligence.
This revelation ignited a spark of inspiration within me, kindling a newfound excitement and fervour for the mysteries of life. Despite my disdain for biology, I felt an insatiable thirst to study the sciences of existence. My interest had transformed into an all-consuming passion, burning with intensity.
As I delved deeper into life sciences, I began to understand the intricacies of nature’s workings and conspiracies. Circumstances had led me to retire from my business activities, leaving me with ample time to pursue new quests. Initially, I watched educational videos on YouTube in a random manner, but soon, I found myself focusing on lectures about life processes and how the human body functions. This learning revealed a fascinating realization- we, as humans, have little contribution on the inner workings of our bodies. Our main contribution is providing fuel; however, even this is not intentional, as we consume to fulfil our bodies’ needs and hunger. It’s incredible how pleasurable fulfilling these needs can be! Another activity that we think we do by choice, but it is not we but our body which drives us towards it, is love making. Although it is Nature-alloted duty we perceive it as a source of pleasure, the sensations we receive performing it is instantaneous, and we are rewarded even before our sweat dries out.
Returning to my pursuit of life sciences, I attended lectures presented by numerous teachers. However, Ms. Ritu Rattewal left a lasting impression on me. Despite being separated by pixels, she became my mentor. It seemed as though the universe aligned, for when I was prepared to learn from her, she appeared. This experience validates the age-old adage, “When the student is ready, the teacher appears.”
I have always been a diligent student, and my peculiar trait is holding great esteem for exceptional educators. Ritu Ma’am is amongst the few educators I hold in high regard, alongside a handful of teachers from my academic background. To identify who I am referring to, I have mentioned her entire name. However, I normally refer to her as Ritu Ma’am, and her teachings have significantly influenced my life.
Despite being half my age, Ritu Ma’am deserves twice the respect that I do. I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude towards her. With a humble heart, I want to thank Ritu Ma’am for transforming the subject I once loathed into an enjoyable and easy one. Her exceptional teaching skills and profound knowledge are beyond words. In fact, a new adjective should be coined to extol her greatness. Additionally, I want to congratulate and extend my thanks to Siddharth Mukherjee for producing a magnificent book that, for me, is nothing less than a scripture.
After being forcibly retired, I finally had time free of distractions to pursue my passion. Over the course of the next two years, I dedicated myself to comprehending Ritu Ma’am’s lectures on YouTube, and delved into the intricacies of the processes that occur within our bodies. The more I learned, the more astounded I became. It was completely unfathomable that all of these processes were taking place within us! As humans, we are oblivious to what our bodies do for us around the clock, with the exception of conforming to basic requirements such as eating, expelling waste, and procreating– all of which are done out of necessity. I am excited to further explore these compulsions, foisted on us by our hormones– the wonder chemicals in our bodies in this series itself.
The moment arrived unexpectedly, granting me a deeper understanding of life’s intricate processes. While I could explain them to a scientist, the terminology eluded me. Instead, I craved comprehension of the workings themselves, not the biological names of the parts or processes. As I approached this stage, seemingly a prerequisite for exploring the unknown, a jolt of enlightenment shook me to my core. Upon reflection, I struggled to believe what had been gifted to me: the universe was unveiling its deepest mysteries. Suddenly, a memory resurfaced from my past and I consulted my trusty journal where I had transcribed past “messages”. There, in black and white, was the prophecy I had received 25 years earlier: “The Universe will reveal its secrets to whoever possesses fundamental knowledge of all the major sciences.”
My amazement was palpable; after excelling in mathematics, physics, and chemistry, I had delved into the life sciences with great enthusiasm, spurred on by Siddharth Mukherjee’s thesis and Ritu Ma’am’s insightful teaching. I thought this was the reason why the Universe chose to confide in me, but I soon realized it was merely one precondition. The other was that The Universe confides in those who are capable of receiving its “messages”, and it’s up to us to make ourselves capable in order to qualify to receive them. I learned this from subsequent messages.
The Universe’s endowments are available to anyone or anything that is “capable.” This is why Earth received the ultimate gift…. the gift of life. The fact that we inhabit this planet doesn’t make it special; it became capable for receiving life, and that is what made it special. In future instalments, one of my articles will provide further clarification on this point, namely what exactly does ‘capable’ mean.
Who qualifies as a competent contender worthy of receiving messages? I will address this in one of my future articles. With the abundance of knowledge I have gained, coupled with my own personal transformation, I am now a potential recipient of valuable messages. The black hole has transformed me from an arrogant individual to a humble, genial, and gracious person who is ready to assist you in achieving knowledge about the marvellous reality of life leading you to unimaginable peace, good enough to make your haven a heaven.
Signing off.
